DESCRIPTION:La cocotte è un particolare contenitore di cottura\, in ghisa o porcellana\, tipica della cucina francese\, utilizzabile anche per le preparazioni monoporzione\nUn tempo\, si metteva sul fuoco e al contempo si gettavano delle braci sopra al coperchio\, in modo da avere una cottura uniforme. Oggi\, grazie all’utilizzo di materiali migliori e forme che garantiscono la perfetta circolazione del calore\, la cocotte è uno strumento più accessibile e facile da utilizzare. Il docente di questa interessantissima lezione\, lo chef Luca Materazzi\, accenderà tutti i forni della scuola per farvi preparare una cocotte di maccheroncini con formaggio Comtè\, salsiccia e senape all’ancienne\, una cocotte in crosta\, di pollo\, carciofi e mentuccia e un soufflé dolce al mango
