La coppia di docenti vi guiderà nella realizzazione di caserecce con pesto di fichi e acciughe di Cetara\, delle polpettine di formaggio con confettura di fichi\, limone e zenzero (realizzata al momento) e una deliziosa mousse di fichi ubriachi.
