Quale scegliere tra tutti i prodotti del mare presenti sui banchi del mercato e soprattutto\, perché?\nEcco le domande cui lo Chef Aurelio Carraffa risponderà in occasione di questa lezione che\, per chi volesse\, avrà una prima parte che si svolgerà la mattina di buon ora direttamente ai banchi del pesce del mercato di Val Melaina. Oltre ad imparare tutti i segreti sul pesce\, i molluschi e i crostacei\, si deciderà al momento quali prodotti acquistare in base al pescato del giorno da cucinare la sera in occasione della lezione. È alle 19 infatti che lo Chef vi attenderà in laboratorio per scoprire le tre preparazioni da realizzare insieme.
